Zen Yoga Elemental Modules
Zen Yoga is the study of the seasons as they apply to the elements of a yoga practice. In total, there are five elements to the practice of Zen Yoga and thus five modules each representing and encompassing the many attributes of each element.
The five modules are recommended once you have completed the Zen Yoga Foundational Course and can be pursued individually or bundled together. The five modules are wood/spring, fire/early summer, earth/late summer, metal/autumn, and water/winter.
The product here allows you to enroll in one module at a time. If you wish to enroll in all five modules at once to obtain the lower cost, please email zensperations@gmail.com
Each module covers 60 hours of material, with all five modules totaling 300 hours in advanced training.
